1. General Terms
  • Prices are applicable only for residential premises (1 RK, 1 BHK, 2 BHK & 3 BHK).
  • Prices are subject to site inspection in case of severe infestation or additional treatment requirements.
  • GST, if applicable, will be charged extra unless otherwise mentioned.
  • Furniture shifting, dismantling, and electrical work are not included unless agreed in advance.
  • Customers must provide access to all treatment areas during the service.
  • Service appointments are subject to technician availability.
2. Chemical & Safety
  • We use government-approved, professional-grade pest control chemicals.
  • Treatments are safe when all technician instructions are followed.
  • Pregnant women, infants, elderly persons with respiratory conditions, and pets should avoid treated areas for the recommended duration.
  • Customers must follow all post-treatment instructions to ensure the best results.
3. Cockroach Treatment Warranty (45 Days)
  • Warranty is valid for 45 days from the service date.
  • One free callback treatment will be provided if cockroach activity continues during the warranty period.
  • Warranty becomes void if:
    • Another pest control company performs treatment during the warranty period.
    • Deep cleaning, renovation, painting, plumbing work, or chemical washing disturbs treated areas.
    • The property has poor sanitation or continuous external infestation sources.
4. General Pest Control Warranty (45 Days)
  • Covers common household pests such as cockroaches, ants, spiders, silverfish, and similar crawling insects.
  • Free callback service during the warranty period for covered pests.
  • Flying insects, mosquitoes, rodents, termites, bed bugs, and wood borers are not included unless specifically mentioned in the quotation.
5. General Pest Control AMC
  • AMC includes the agreed number of scheduled visits (2, 3, or 4 visits per year).
  • Free callback service between scheduled visits for covered pests only.
  • Missed appointments without prior notice may require rescheduling.
  • AMC is non-transferable to another property.
  • AMC starts from the date of the first service.
6. Bed Bug Treatment
Single Visit
  • Warranty: 30 Days
  • One free inspection/callback if live bed bugs are reported within the warranty period.
45-Day Two-Service Package
  • Includes two scheduled treatments within approximately 45 days.
  • Warranty: 90 Days from the second treatment.
  • Customers must complete both treatments to receive the warranty.
Bed Bug Customer Responsibilities
  • Wash and dry bedding, curtains, and clothes at high temperature before treatment.
  • Declutter rooms before service.
  • Follow all technician instructions.
  • Re-infestation caused by luggage, visitors, neighboring flats, or second-hand furniture is not covered.
7. Termite Treatment (Single)
  • Warranty: 1 Year
  • Covers re-treatment only if live termite activity is found in the treated area during the warranty period.
  • Does not cover new infestations in untreated areas or structural defects.
8. Termite AMC (1 Year)
  • Includes scheduled inspections during the AMC period.
  • Free re-treatment will be provided if termite activity is detected in treated areas during the AMC.
  • Warranty does not cover:
    • New infestations from untreated areas.
    • Structural defects or damage.
